As founder of Norcross Fitness, I want to share a training philosophy that incorporates the three areas necessary to get the fitness results you want: Performance Coaching, Resistance Training, and Nutrition. I like to call this combination Performance Training.
Personal training is more than just teaching how to push weights, burn calories, and eat right. It is a tool for life. I have always had a yearning to understand the connection between mind and body, and what I have found is that a journey into physical training forces you to understand yourself. When you begin to explore and understand your thoughts and beliefs, you can deliberately transform the way you think and respond.
I provide practiced tools and perspectives, which help my clients work through the processes of building a stronger body, an attentive mind, and a healthier life.
